The formation of the District Level Youth Human Rights Defenders Network in Surkhet and the orientation program related to human rights have been successfully completed. The program was attended by the Chief District Officer , Police Superintendent, the provincial representative of the National Human Rights Commission , the coordinator of the Karnali Provincial Level Human Rights Defenders Network , the provincial president of the Non-Governmental Organizations , the district president of the Non-Governmental Organizations , INSEC provincial chief , and the president of the District Human Rights Defenders Network. The formation and orientation program of the 30-member Youth Human Rights Defenders Network was completed with the participation of youth representatives from all nine municipalities in Surkhet District.
