Narayan Prasad Rizal, a 24-year-old from Dullu Municipality-5, Dailek has become a prominent figure in social advocacy through his active involvement with the Active Youth Club (AYC). His work with AYC encompasses addressing local child issues, conducting empowerment programs for women and youth, and leading awareness campaigns on education, health, and good governance. Narayan's personal experiences with social injustice and discrimination have significantly shaped his dedication to these causes, ultimately leading him to affiliate with the Youth Human Rights Defenders Network (YHRDN) in Dailekh District.

In his role as the President of the YHRDN, Narayan's passion for human rights has driven him to combat various social injustices.
